Frequently asked questions
Does it work with all carriers?
Yes. Datamon works with all carriers worldwide. It uses information available on the device itself to compute and analyze your internet traffic, so it works reliably regardless of your provider.
Does it need any configuration?
No configuration needed. Just open the app and leave it running in the background. The algorithm will analyze and cluster your data traffic, showing you daily, weekly and monthly stats automatically.
I see no traffic — what is wrong?
When launched for the first time, Datamon needs some time to compute the first statistics. Make sure to leave it running in the background. During the first week, open Datamon frequently throughout the day so the algorithm can improve its accuracy.
Will it drain my battery?
Datamon uses iOS background features designed for minimal battery impact. During the initial period, opening the app more frequently will help train the algorithm and improve background efficiency over time.
How do I enable the Today Widget?
Swipe down from the top of the home screen to open the Notification Center. Scroll to the bottom and tap Edit. Find Datamon in the list, tap the green + button to add it, then tap Done.

Your rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all local Datamon data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
