Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FeedMuse application for iOS, iPadOS and macOS ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

FeedMuse grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, which is incorporated by reference.

Content from third parties

FeedMuse displays content from feeds and websites you choose to follow. That content belongs to its respective publishers and is subject to their terms and copyright. FeedMuse is a reader and does not claim ownership of, and is not responsible for, third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the sources you add.

Premium, subscriptions and free trial

• FeedMuse is free to download with an optional Premium upgrade, sold either as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as an auto-renewable subscription (1 year, 6 months or 3 months).
• Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the stated price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Apple.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or using it to infringe others' rights or violate applicable laws.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app or third-party content will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
