Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BoxPhone PRO application for iOS (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

BoxPhone PRO grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, incorporated by reference.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or using it to infringe others' rights or violate applicable laws.

Tone tools

The tone generator and the historic “Phreak Museum” tones (2600 Hz, blue box, red box) are provided for education, testing and nostalgia only. They are played through the device speaker and have no effect on modern telephone networks. You are responsible for using them lawfully.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISALabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
